Savings and Recovery American Utilities System Association Ripped us off for money up front and never did what we paid them to do Seattle, Washington
In 2010 we gave $1638 to Savings and Recovery up-front money to audit our Power bills for a guarantee of 15% savings on our Florida Power and Light bills. They do not return calls numbers are disconnected.
