I purchased a set of very expensive custom wheels for my '72 GTO restoration project a few years back. The project has moved pretty slow, so the wheels have yet to see the outside of a garage, much less wear and tear. A couple of years into the project, we noticed that the chrome was bubbling up. I contacted Savini, who said I had to work through one of their resellers. The reseller could not have cared less, and told me that I only had a one year warranty. He acted like chrome was water color paint, and this was just to be expected. I told him that the 40 year old chrome on the bumper of the GTO looked better than their 3 year old chrome, and it had sat in the weather for decades. He really didn't care. So the moral to the story is, if you buy wheels from Savini, expect the chrome to look like these pictures within a few years, and expect the company to not care one bit. Buyer beware!
