I emailed Scarlett that I had not received my earrings and she informed me she did not sell jewelry and had not received my PayPal. Paypal shows it was sent and deducted from my Credit Card. This woman said I must be a scam and blocked me from her email. Do not used DeckerJewelry or DeckerTreasures as they do not acknowledge you.
