SCH AUDI OXNARD HARWARD, Dealership mangers new and used Crafty, deceitful, patronizing, lieing, dishonest, animal of prey, Looking for senior citizens that are disabled, and not experience. Unkempt promise, erragent, rude, shiftey. OXNARD California
I was very distressed, needed van, did not trust car dealerships, but had no other choice, chose DCH AUDI OF Oxnard felt they dealt with higher class clientele they might be apt to be more honest. Were not Harward went on and on what a wonder van I had looked at, previous owners were from wealthy part of Thousand Oaks. The van went through 125 point inspection, had new tires and was cleaned, thought issues with van was repaired. Asked to see car fax, never was shown. Was very nervous I forgot to ask again. What to look at TOYOTA vans he kept talking about the Honda. Should have walked out then, but was stupid and nieve, told me it would be one price taxes and registration included, didn't show up in contract. Repeatedly asked about van, because of the 125 point check up. Told him I couldn't afford payments and repairs. That I was a Senior Citizen with disabilities. He could see my income. I do own a home in another state but can not afford to live in it. Was upside down, had it leased out. Was now living in my car. And I feel he took total Advantage of my saturation. Want my then husband I was married to for a second to be responsible also for payment. Harvard did not do that. Husband took off, leaving me with payments and repairs. Thanks Howard !
Met manger for car sale,he was very rude and condescending, would not listen much less help. They had their money, didn't matter how they got it. Was told the car was took on trade, and it wasn't worth the value they traded it for, so they put it on the lot to sell. Wanted above Kelley blue book. Never heard of such a thing. I got my own loan, they did not help me with there's. I have had to put in over 3,000 into repairs, I'm in Utah trying to sell home. Can't afford it. Renters distroyed it. Now van transmission is slipping, called used car manager of Audi of Oxnard, wasn't even paying attention to conversation, called him on it, his reply: I was talking to fast. Told me I was to far away for them to help, Get it repaired or trade it in. I was going to but learned I would lose thousands. His reply was well. I don't know if anything will come of this, but senior citizen beware Audi Oxnard is a dishonest dealership, and Will take advantage of anyone for the money, then even the corporation or dealership will treat you as a lower class citizen. Very Dishonest Tactics. Remember money doesn't make you any better of a person, just makes you rich. Audi Oxnard is a prime example of this.
