This customer requested a refund of money he spent with another company. We requested a receipt. Customer reluctingly finially provided one, however it was dated before we had even installed his new air handler. Hmmm. In addition, there was no record of any phone calls from this customer on Sunday the 15th. of September nor were there any messages left. It appears that this customer was attempting to collect for a bill that he had created with another company previous to our service. This situation was discussed with The Registrar of Contractors and the Better Business Bureau and our company was cleared of any wrongdoing. This customer then proceded to make in excess of 100 hang up phone calls to our Company over several days until he was caught.
