I already had a CDL and was told by the recruiter at the time that I wuld not need to sign a contract because I had driven before, but when I got to orientation they gave me a contract and said that I would have to go through their training because I had not driven in over a year. I was very upset about it but the guy at the school said I would be making great money. He said my first year I was looking @ 45,000 - 60,000 my first year. I had just gotten a new house and the money sounded great so against my better judgment I signed. All I did was drive around town for 2 weeks and sat in a class room while everyone else in the class was studying for their CDL (I already had one). I started as a team driver with my cousin and our pay was up and down. My cousins dad dies so I went @ it alone and that is when the real problems started. they had me sitting around too long, no miles, my checks were anywhere from 284.00 a week to 400 a week. With tolls and other expenses that go along with going over the road, I was not making it financially. I was solo for a couple months and strarted falling behind on car payment, house loan and other things. I ended up doing their home run program so i could be home long enough to fill out applications and go on other job interveiws or I was oging to lose my house. I drove for them for about 7 months but had to leave cause I was about to lose everything. I finally got a job and it was not driving making much more and after a year just got a letter in the mail stating I owed them 4000 for CDL traning. I told them before I left that I was about to lose my house and I was not making anymoney. They told me if I wanted to go back to making money I should consider teaming. I still owed them money. I asked why I should pay full tuition when they didnt have to pay for me to get my CDL, road testing or Haz when I already have it?? He told me it was 4000 dollars worth of classroom training. I told him where I thought the bill should go and hung up.

Anyone ever consider class action???
