Scholastic ripoff Jefferson City Missouri
It's simple. I ordered a few books for my 6 year old son and paid for them. The books were delivered to my son's school. Then the books keep coming and I get a bill for $15 plus some change so I pay the bill and call the company, which their phone number was actually on the bill, and cancel any further orders.
Then about a month or so goes by and we receive a big box full of Dr. Seuss books which I NEVER ordered and a few weeks later receive a bill for $151.43! This time there is no phone number for customer service to call. WHY NOT?! I will forbid my son's school to promote Scholastic once and for all to my son and his family.
