(#4293) Score Auto (Auto Dealers) 1/26/01 (Last Modified: 1/26/01) They filed the following Consumer Tip to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] CONSUMER TIP: When someone purchases a new car, they receive a survey card in the mail. This might not sound very important, but I can assure you that it is very important. These cards are what the dealerships CSI (Customer Service Index) is based. Usually a dealership will give very good service up until they get your card. I've seen many dealers exchange a free oil change for the card. Of course, exchanging the card is unethical. Just fill it out honestly. Your right, it is there to help dealers do better. If the dealer kicked you out because of your low scores, you were obviously right about this dealer.
