Score Sense ScoreSense.com Processed an unauthorized charge for $29.95 to my banking account, Internet
I went online to look at a FREE credit report & signed up for ScoreSense under the conditions of it being a FREE credit report & then I find my banking account charged with a $29.95 fee from ScoreSense! I called them & told them I didn't authorize this charge & didn't want their membership I signed up for the free credit report & that's all I wanted the customer service rep told me that he'd refund my money to be & I'd see it in 1-2 business days
however after the 1-2 business days I hadn't received it so I called back & spoke with a very rude & disrespectful customer service rep who said it could take more given I'd requested the refund & it was near a holiday. However I then received an email saying I wasn't getting my refund because I didn't meet the critierias?! I requested the refund after the trial period so I wasn't getting my $29.95 back even though I didn't authorize the charge & I didn't use their service! I've since then called back & told them I wasn't happy & I want my refund & still haven't seen my refund! What a scam company this is!
