I got phenom customer service back in 2013.
However, I can see where StubHub, TicketsNow and SeatGeek are more popular with my friends.
they really did not adequately address these issues :
DISCLOSURE WAS MISSING WHEN I PURCHASED
I MAY BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE HOME AND FIND & ONLY USE A PC FOR DOWNLOADING TICKETS:
That my web browser on my iPad was hit or miss on downloading tickets
THAT THE FACE VALUE THEY CLAIM CAN BE MUCH MUCH HIGHER THAN THE FACE VALUE on MY TICKET
THAT W CERTAIN VENUES TICKETS ARE NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL 72 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT
Mine came in 54 hours, Sat at 1pm.
So if I buy in advance say on a Monday, something comes up, the tickets are downloadable after 7pm, after work peers go home and I can not give them my tickets.
Nor can I print them out early and attach them in my daily plannerMIF I HAVE A BUSY LIFE
They do not even notify you that in the coming days I will get an email reminding me that my tickets will be available then.
I GUESS THEY LIQUIDATE TICKETS AND BY INSISTING ON 54 hours
they can discourage ticket resellers from buying on their site to the satisfaction of the arena.
I REALLY NEED A BETTER SERVICE....
I NEED FOR ME TO BE A HIGHER PRIORITY THAN THE ARENA
I DO NOT WANT TO BUY A PC
I WANT THE REAL TICKET PRICE WHEN I BUY
I REALLY NEED UPFRONT HONEST DISCLOSURES ...
