I agree with what has been said & I have had even further difficulties. I tried to use the telephone number listed to cancel my membership & it was a wrong number. The number was to a car dealership. I hung upo each time but then I let the call go through in order to talk with someone. Yes, it was a car dealership & they were as surprised as I was about this. My bank is great & they called me because there was a charge from an "advertising firm" & they know I have no need of that (I'm a teacher). They had refused that payment, closed out my credit/debit card & I've been issued a new card. I hope your bank is ojn top of things as well as mine is.

I have never heard of payday loan company making the customer retrieve their own credit score. How do they know you are giving them the right number?
I do know that a lot of the online payday loan sites end up being scams. I personally have never heard of this one before, but if they required you to get your own credit score, I'd stay away.
If you still need one, and only if you truly need it, I'd recommend just going to a local branch and requesting one there. It is much safer that way.
