This company scam me out of my money. I went on line looking for help on a loan. I got a response from this company at the time they were called Scotie Capital Investment,They have change there name since then to Federal Capital Investment. I was asking for $12,000.00. I received an email from Lynn Armstrong saying I was approved for the $12,000.00. She sent what look like a contract with all the details saying in order to get this I needed to pay for 4 months in advance $1138.32 along with an insurance amount of $150.00,totaling $1288.32 it had to be wire to them. I called her and ask her how much it would be to wire and she said around $60 to $70 but I would get that money back, it turn out to be $99.99 to wire to a Sandra Medford.

I sent this money and call her the day that it was wired and she said she would send my paper work on in and I would have loan in my account in 2 to 8 hrs. I waited most of the day and kept checking my checking account and never seen anything. I then called her about 4:00 and she said it would show in about 15 mins. I never seen it.

I call her the next day and she said that my paper work was sent back I ask why and she said she was trying to wavie the fee that it cost to wire in my account and I ask how much was that and she said $449.00. I then told her that there was no where in the contract that said that kind of money was suppose to be paid and that was crazy and I wanted my money wired back to me the same way I sent it to them. I kept ask her to either wire it back or overnight back to me because that was my whole paycheck plus more that I had to brower money from my sister to get this loan that I really needed. Lynn armstrong then hung up on me and would not talk to me.

I called again and she answer one time and said it would be overnighted to me. I have not seen that either. I kept calling asking where my money was that I had wired to her and she either hung up on me or kept putting me to voice mail. Bottom line if it sounds good it is usually to good to be true stay away from this company.
