Think twice before hiring Atlanta Attorney Scott Fortas. Mr. Fortas has teamed up with Hawkins Spizman Fortas. I cant say anything about the other attorney he is currently working with but I can say that every person Scott Fortas has referred to in the past had turned out disastrous. If history is a good benchmark then it says enough. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY!

I recommend using the other boards to file your grievance like complaintsboard or you can simply Google. I filed an honest report with ripoff report and they removed it because he did a little legal manipulation with them. Shows how he is and more people need to come forward. So the public is aware. Normally a board would do it's due diligence and contact the other party involved me, obviously not what they did. No fact checking thanks rippoff.repor! .

Due to Scott Fortas' inherent ability at demonstrating unethical business practices and his general disdain for people, I was convicted of a felony and sentenced to 3 years probation. An open and shut case with overwhelming evidence to prove my innocence was deliberately botched when Scott Fortas slept with the female prosecutor.
Turns out, the prosecutor was a w***e whose husband divorced her because she couldn't keep her legs closed.
