When I first met Scott Guerrerd he asked me if I would be interested in building custom Chopper frames, I was told by his employer at the time that he was trustworthy. I knew the owner of where Scott was working and saw a couple of bikes that he tried to put together and was not to impressed but Scott has a way to talk his way into everything so I told him that I will build one frame and see how he does selling it. I was told by Scott that he had a welding jig that he built so I did not have to fabricate one, the next day he brought it in and it was so bad that I laughed at him and told him he has no busniess welding! I told him that I would build the jigs and fixtures, After building the jigs and fixtures Scott seemed to think he owned the fixtures and jigs but I told him that it was my money and it was my time and he does not have to worry about the cost because they where "NOT HIS"!!!

Scott had told me that he had plenty of money but when I started to get questions asked of me of when Scott was going to pay them back I started to wounder what was going on! Everyone from the Snap On tool guy to the guy that machined wheels for him to even the painter he owed money. I found out later that he took the money that was for a down payment on the very first bike that he could have sold to pay off some of the guys that he owed but then he went out and spent more than he could cover so when the guy that put money down on the bike came in to b***h Scott was never around! Yea well now I started to get tired of Scott seeing that every time he needed to be there to help or to be accountable he seemed to always be not there at the shop. I had a sit down with Scott and the customer that he took money from and told him that I was going to take over the complete bike shop seeing that it was in the building that I was leasing anyway and told him that the first thing I was going to do is change the name, I told him that his name for the shop was stupid and everybody thinks we only build Mini Bikes, Yea check it out "Skooters Choppers"! Ah Yea we used to get crap from other builders like "Scooter, here Scooter" so I looked right into Scotts eye's and even pointed my finger at him and told him that the name of the shop is "Pirated Cycle Parts"! PCP for short, I even gave him a Advertizing slogan "PCP, Yea it's just like the Drug Just as Addictive"! well after that he didnt have money to pay people back and I did build 3 complete frames with materail cut and machined for 10 frames. I had been away from the shop and Scott decided to help himself to the 3 frames, all the machined parts to build 10 frames and the welding jigs and fixtures! and let's not forget about all the other materail he stole for handel bars, spacers and all the nuts and bolts he could get his hands on! This guy is a CON artist! he should not be trusted with your money! Buyer Beware!
