Complaint Review: Scott Rice Pages 4 Pennies - Daton Ohio

• Scott Rice says in his last post that he had tried to get in touch with me In his post he says I still have the website he made for me. NO I have had it built by someone else Funny I can access it with out having to pay them to build it again.


•  I never got mad about him wanting to charge me twice I just did not do it HE got mad if the truth be told Very Unprofessional on his part.


•  My email and phone # has never changed So I am easy to find. As fare as him designing my logo ALL I ever got was an email with a picture of it So I still had to go get the art work done By a PROFESSIONAL.


•   If there was a way to post ALL of the emails I certainly wood they come in spurts when someone calls him out on my posts. He is such a Bad Person He said he never got the monies.


•  Well it sure is funny because when he asked me to send him Proof I had Paid I SENT it right away with copies of Bank AND pay pal receipts # and NOT just once did  I have done it Several times.


•  He would not tell the truth if it where to hit him in the face He contacted me on 6/30/2012 and said he wanted to take care of this matter (about the 5th time) and had me send him all the information again. Which I did Then he said he was going to forward it to pages4pennies.


•  SINCE he sold the company in August of 2010 when I sent him the monies and in a recent email he said he quit working for the company over a year ago and he had sent the information on to them.


•  WHEN I asked him for the contact information of the person he sent it to so maybe I could contact them. HE QUICKLY said he was not going to continue these emails anymore.


•  What is up with that I did not and had not contacted him since forever ago when I realized what a HUG LIAR He is I wish the person that has the other complaint would contact me so we could talk and File Reports and Charges Together  my website is pipandpaws.com you can contact me there

Scott Rice contacted me 6/30/2012 To say he would refund the money he owes And here it is 9/5/2012 and I am still waiting He is Not good for what he tells you He has all the information he needs from me and here I still sit Waiting 

This matter is still not settled Mr. Rice has not contacted me Still

To address each issue brought up by Pip:

1) I was hired to build her a website.  She paid for the site, and I built her site for her
2) She paid me $45/month to manage the content of the site.  I did this for her until she became unsatisfied with the speed that I was updating the site.  At this point she decided she wanted to take control of the website.  She wanted to be able to update everything herself.
3) For her to be able to update the website herself, I would have needed to build in a CMS system so she could login.  She has no coding experience, thus would not be able to edit my coding.  I told her I would charge her for me building in a CMS.
4) Throughout our business relationship, she paid me to "design" her various marketing pieces (ie - Business Cards, Shirts etc) and I delivered her the designs and logos.  You can see the logo on her current website that she is still using. 
5)  She paid for me to design the items, and we discussed me printing/shipping to her.  I never received the payment thus never printed/shipped the items.  I offered to refund her money when I thought maybe I received the money, but when I checked my banking records (and confirmed with my accountant), I never received that payment from her. 

She was so mad about the CMS issue that she was not reasonable about discussing this marketing material payment issue.  I have not heard back from her since.  This claim of hers is false that I "took her money and ran" and do not want this information to remain online.  If there is a way for you to get this message to her, I would be happy to discuss the issue with her.

The address is the same one Scott Rice gave me to mail the web contract to in January 2010 in the very begining and since you are  home based this is the correct address I was given by the bussiness yellow pages and crossed the phone # to the address as well

I am the current resident of 1746 Lesourd Road, Dayton, OH 45432 and am requesting that my address be removed from this report.  I was researching my home and other homes in our neighborhood and saw that this report showed up because of the address listed.  Pages4Pennies is not based here, it is my families home and do not know how their address got associated with my home, but I would appreciate it being removed.
