The owners of the Scotts Lawn Service in Ontario, CA has decided to make a very weak rebuttal to my original claim. First, it IS possible to own a property and not reside in it. So, the property in question IS in the "area of service"...unfortunate as that may be. Secondly, I was never told or offered any "tailored" service. You speak to a woman over the phone when you decide to order the service. However, she made no reference to any "tailored" programs available. I guess one needs ESP to know this. I will also argue that the service is of "fair price" as well. $54 dollars for 5 minutes of sprinkling product on your lawn does not seen like a fair price to me at all. And as I stated in my original complaint, sometimes the technician comes out twice, so you have the privilege of paying these clowns twice a month for $108. Lastly, the owners of this company fails to mention the complaints of the technician, who fills out the paperwork prior to getting out of his vehicle or the double billing. And then they have the nerve to say they will "fix any problems as long as it takes". At least they have a sense of humor.

It is unfair that somebody would make a claim not using there real name AND is located in a town that Scotts LawnService DOES NOT SERVICE. Our Programs are tailored to a customers property, homeowners may modify them any way they please. Yes it is true we do charge for our service a fair price. It is also true you can buy a can of paint in the same hardware store mentioned. But the painter is going to charge you $200 to put it on the walls. At Scotts LawnService service we will keep trying to fix any problem, as long as it takes.
