Scottsdale Healthcare the worlds worst place to work ever. I worked in the security dept. where I was tortured on a daily basis called f*g q***r homo, black co workers were fired upon with racial slurs on a daily basis women were treated like crap and sued the hospital and won. Scottsdale Healthcare has a revolving door at the EEOC over 7 suits settled and more pending. All was reported to HR and ignored. The CEO Tom Sadvary is a complete tool, a woman was raped and the hospital tried to cover it up employees received convictions. The entire Security Dept is a complete joke this is an unsafe facility trust me I know first hand. Nothing but racial, this is a horrible place to work. My Dept director Lyle smith is nothing but a racist b*****d. Think twice they treat their nurses and staff like crap as well YOU NEVER WANT TO WORK FOR THESE IDIOTS.

Hi Guys, First of all let me tell you how sorry I am that these things still happen in this world. You have the right Idea Blog post is a great way to expose a company. However, I think you should take it a step further by contacting the A.C.L.U (American Civil Liberties Union) as well I would contact every media outlet I could find. Because the discrimination was against Jewish persons, blacks, alleged gay persons and women I would hit up media organizations like Out Magazine, BET and your local press. I know Out Magazine has a complete field day with things of this nature.You all may want to consider hiring a civil rights attorney and taking them to court in a class action. Good luck guys!

Disgruntled you bet ! Now let me explain where the rip off is, How would you like to be a black man and walk into your place of work and see a sign that say's KOON a*s CLUB ? when you report it to supervisors, HR and MR. Sadvary who claims to have an open door policy nothing is done about it or the racial slurs made by your bosses. Lady I would say that's an absolute rip off ! Now how about the guy who was called fagit, q***r,k**e,stupid Jew, and was tortured every day he came to work. How about the director of the department doing nothing? Think that's not a rip off ? How about the woman who was ridiculed every day and told by co-workers she couldn't do the job because she was a female? I could go on and on anyone who wants to verify all of this just call the EEOC office in Phoenix. Here is the ultimate rip off, most of these people were forced to leave their jobs, loose their health insurance , incomes and most of all a hell of a lot of their pride ! Disgruntled you bet ! Ripped off absolutely! A lot of these people collected settlements from the EEOC others like me just decided that we would blog every time we get the chance to make potential employees,patients and others about how bad this place promotes,condones and accepts racism. I decided not to sue and even tried to settle my claim with the hospital so I would not have to defend my sexuality of being straight but being called gay,f*g q***r,homo. I think most of us have decided to expose this origination for what it really is. I think years and years of bloging and posting is much better than a cash settlement and will war people about this place.

Source: Fox News Phoenix The Scottsdale City Prosecutor's office is charging 4 people in connection to a sexual assault at a local hospital. All 4 people are charged with failing to report the assault of an incapacitated/vulnerable adult. According to Scottsdale police, a patient at Scottsdale Healthcare-Osborn was sexually assaulted on November 17, however, the victim was incapacitated and therefore unable to report the crime until December 12. The assault was later reported to police by hospital staff in January. According to detectives, the hospital was conducting it's own internal investigation prior to notifying police. State law requires medical personnel in charge of "vulnerable adults" to immediately report suspected abuse to police. Detectives with the sex crimes unit interviewed staff and the victim but were unable to identify a suspect in the case. They submitted their findings to the prosecutor's office and the decision was made to charge 4 staff members with failing to report the incident. Those charged include: 53 year-old Susan Livengood of Mesa is the Associate Vice President of Scottsdale Healthcare-Osborn 45 year-old Shelly Van Vianen of Phoenix is the Nurse Manager 44 year-old Patricia Crellin of Phoenix is a Psychiatrist as Scottsdale Healthcare-Osborn 59 year-old Madlyn Costantino of Tempe is a Rehab Coordinator All 4 are scheduled to appear in court on May 15.
