a friend of mine asked me to help him with his broken screen on his macbook pro
I looked on ebay and found one advertised by screenaid
they shipped the screen to me and after taking the macbook apart, i discovered that it was the incorrect screen, i same day as received emailed them and asked if they had the specific model # screen (now that i could see the back of screen)
they said not in stock and accused me of ordering the wrong item and said they would only refund 80% of the original $ paid...I explained that they advertised the screen as being "the one" for the macbook pro and how was I to know,they are the seller and should know there are different screens.
They said ok will will give you 90% , i said no,back and fourth and finally they said ok we will refund the 100%...
Now they try and KEEP THE SALES TAX !! $11.10 total,.... called me and told me that its not them that keeps the tax, its my local government !!! HAHAHA Joke!
I explained to the man on the skype phone that was obviously not from this area (country) that he was incorrect and the tax is not kept when a sale is voided ! I have to try and stop this from happening to others, these people are crooks !!!
