Wont get me paid, but may help others from getting ripped off. With a little luck, might make it hard for Scott to find a Pilot Escort. Plus, I sure wouldnt want others to find & know everything below! Also the truck driver as far as I know has not been paid, he is owed over $2000.
This report is for: SDI HEAVY TRANSPORT LLC & Bestrate Transport Services LLC (dispatch) AVOID BOTH! The guys name is SCOTT M MALONE, he called me Dec. 22, 2009, to do a short run ASAP. I was there in less then an hour to meet the truck. Because of sunset time & bad weather, the run took an overnight. Now he is avoiding any contact & payment.
When I Emailed him back my invoice,( he had emailed me the permit for Iowa,) the email bounces back. Have called to no avail, faxed invoice with no response. SDI is the trucking outfit, the Bestrate is dispatch. AVOID BOTH!

Got one report that said he moved north across the river into WA, business still in Troutdale OR. Understand his wife is also helping him rip off folks.
This is not a one time deal, Scott won't pay up for services from anyone he can con into working for him. Federal DOT does not care, won't do anything; State of OR DOT won't do anything.
