SDTAdvertising SDTAdvertising.com ebizservices.net The company offered new services including a software product and guaranteed sign ups. I paid in full then heard nothing from them. Chargebacks were filed through my bank and paypal (unbeknownst to me) because a person in my organization got suspicious. They finally contacted me then. We agreed to resolve the issues, and Michelle promised to refund my purchases in full. No refund or any service came through, and now they aren't answering emails. The support ticket system is not working either. They've disappeared along with my money.Beware. Internet
I'm in the internet marketing business and buy services from many companies and individuals every month. As part of the process, naturally, I'm on everyone's email list I think. I received a solicitation from Michelle (Utter) at SDTAdvertising.com by way of ebizservices.net about a new or relaunch of a software product as well as guaranteed signups for one of my marketing programs.
I responded to both offers and paid in full, a total of $374. After receiving confirmation of purchases, I didnt hear anything from Michelle or SDTAdvertising or ebizservices.net for weeks. An individual in my organization got suspicious at that point and filed disputes with my bank and PayPal requesting a refund or chargeback based on non-delivery.
At that point, Michelle sent me several emails... first asking for more details on my purchases, but then accusing me of being a Fraudulent Customer. Her "legal" department also sent me a nastygram about chargebacks, etc.
In subsequent discussion and review, I agreed to remove the chargebacks, as long as Michelle would deliver the paid for products and services. She agreed as well. But in a final email, Michelle and SDTAdvertising and ebizservices.net told me they no longer wanted to work with me, and that they would be refunding all my money.. the total of $374.
Since then, I have not received a refund, have not heard from Michelle or SDTAdvertising or ebizservices.net, and cannot reach anyone by phone, email or through their support system. (FYI, the help desk ticket creation service does not work for the SDTAdvertising.com website).
I fear at this point that I've been ripped off, despite my best attempts to confirm original payments, work with Michelle and SDTAdvertising to get the software and signups I originally paid for. She volunteered to send all my money back. Apparently that was a lie.
If you buy from SDTAdvertising.com or ebizservices.net beware... Michelle Utter will not treat you kindly if you protest delivery timing, support and service or other non-delivery. A total ripoff.
