We purchased several Seaga Vending Machines.  One of the machines had problems from day 1.  The service people kept putting us off with the next "fix" time and time again until our 1 year warranty had run out.  Then things got even worse.

The company does not stand behind its products.  After we submitted a long list of issues with the machine and spent countless hours doing electo-mechanical work on it based on Seaga's guidance, they demanded that it be shipped back at our expense.  They then demanded that we accept return of the machine with no evidence or paper work that anything at all had been repaired or tested on the machine.  If we didn't accept return, they would charge a storage fee.

It's very rare that I have encountered a seemingly successful company like Seaga with such piss poor service.  I would not recommend using any product developed or manufactured by this company.  STAY AWAY FROM SEAGA unless you are an experienced vendor who can work on machines yourself.  And work you will.
