Sean Hart/ Allan Hart Marketing Inc. Sold us a cart that was supposed to be a 660. We found out it was a 478cc. The battery was bad. And it has a oil leak. Sean told us that it was a cart made in the same factory that yamaha is made at. Fountain Indianna
I purchased a Hart cart from a Sean Hart. He told me that the cart was the same as Yamaha Rhino.
He said that he get's them from the same factory in China that Rhino is made.
We paid in full close to 7,000. up front. We waited 3 months for the cart. When it arrived, I had to help the driver with my tractor unload the cart. I had to buy a new battery becuase it was faulty. I took my cart to a Mechanic because the oil was leaking, and to get the oil changed. The Rhino parts did not work.
I tried to talk to Allan (whom said that he was a part owner), and he said that the cart was out of warranty after 90 days.
I feel as though I paid for a cart that I did not recieve. This is FALSE representation. Sean is no longer available at the company.
