I had a photo session in December, 2011 at Aurora Mall Sears photo studio. The pictures turn out really good and we bought the CD with them.

The CD was promised to be with good quality pictures, but unfortunately that CD that Ive received has pictures with very low resolutions and very small sizes.

The approximate size of the photos are 200 300 KB, which good picture should have at least 2MB. I was trying to resolve this issue for more than two months.

I went to this photo studio already three times and talked to different people, including Veronica, manager of this location, but nobody could help me with this issue. They gave me another CD, but still with low quality pictures on it, even though the pictures on the computer at the studio are high quality. Veronica promised me that she will submit my issue to technical support and they will call me back about this. But nobody called me for more than 2 months now I left four or five messages to Veronica and she just doesnt respond to me We paid good price for this CD, but didnt receive that what we were promised. That is very disappointing.
