I have spent more than an 2 hours in various different phone calls. I have talked with 3 different Sears national customer service representatives. Each has promised to get back with me with more information. The last one promised to contact the Honolulu store and have them discuss repair with me. For a while I thought we might be getting somewhere. I was promised a phone call the next day with some answers. Dead silence. I have written to the CEO Aylwin B Lewis. No answer there either. This has been going on since July. It is now the end of October. The washing machine is still not operable. I would love to update with positive results and will do so when/if it occurs but am now pessimistic and will likely just have to buy a replacement washer from a competitor and junk the other. I will only be able to make things come out even by giving Sears the real reputation it deserves through the internet.
