This is a warning to consumers interested in purchasing La-Z-Boy patio furniture from Sears. You will not be able to purchase replacement cushions for any set you purchase.  I purchased a set 2 years ago and one of the cushions had a tear in it.  When I contacted Sears they referred me to La-Z-Boy for the replacements.  I was told to contact Jordan Brown the cushion manufacturer. 

 

The rep at Jordan Brown could not find anything on replacement cushions.  He continued to check and finally said it would be 6 to 8 weeks on back order.  When pressed the rep agreed the cushions would never come in.  I asked what will happen if there is a warranty issue and I was told they would probably have to refund your money to you. Of course, that only occurs when it is under warranty. 

 

I contacted Sears and La-Z-Boy with this information and was told there was nothing they could do.  

 

Buyer beware!
