On 2/7/2014 I ordered 4 bunk beds for my 8 children We called Sears using the 800 they told us on the 7th that the beds were available and for the price quoted in the ad on their website the representative told us yes it would be the product described without mattresses. We gladly paid our money and received the receipt for purchase. We then called yesterday 2/12/2014 because the order had not went past processing. We were again told by Sears Representative that all was fine with the order and it would be to our door by 2/19/2014.

 

Then today 2/13/2014 we received a cancelation notice and refund of the monies spent in my email box. I was dismayed; we have been lied to and this is a sad day for my children when I had to break their hearts and tell them that the bunk beds we purchased were not coming after all. They began to cry and ask why.

 

I am very upset with Sears and do not think kindly of them lying to me about a purchase that was made they tried to tell me that the item was out of stock, I would believe this if I had not called two prior times to confirm. They realized that they had priced the beds too low and renigned on a contract.

 

I will never purchase anything from Sears ever again and caution others to stay away they will lie and take your money, keep that money for a long time and then tell you oh, sorry that item is out of stock.

 

I want my product that they advertised I want my children to be happy and healthy.
