Sears.com emailed me a week after placing my online order and informed me that the orders were greater than they anticipated and no longer had two of the three items I ordered.  My third item never shipped. After waiting another week, and past the estimated delivery date given to me, I called to see where my third item was.  Again they told me that they were out of stock of that item so they were going to have to cancel my order.  I went straight to the website while I was on the phone with them and the website said the item was in stock and ready to ship.  When I asked them about this they said that it was out of stock in Ohio and that other states could order the item. They then informed me it would take three weeks to return my money via gift card.  So something that should have taken no longer than 5 days total including shipping took them over three weeks to decide to cancel my order and I still do not have all of my money back.  Their website STILL shows the item is available and ready to ship.  Do not order from Sears.com.  Go to the store and get the merchandise in your hands before you pay for it!
