I don't really remember what the product was I bought from Sebastian Foss, but after the purchase was completed, I received an email containing a link for me to get my download. (It was one of those "tinyurl" links, of which I will never click again!) What got me was the link took me back the the order page! I tried to contact someone, to let them know about the problem, but I didn't even get a reply. After several more attempts to make contact, I had completely lost any interest in the product; I just wanted a refund, and from what these many other reports on Sebastian Foss say, I may as well kissed my money goodbye.

My dear hapless victims, take heed!!! There is justice in this world, for I got my money back!!!

Here is what actions I took.

First I went to "Visa," and I filed a complaint, and they gave me a pending credit to my account. The pending part is contingent the results of their investigation. (No problem, right?) The second thing I did was going straight the the "United States Federal Trade Commission" website, and I filed a complaint with them. This was after I had done some searches on the name "Sebastian Foss." That's how I came to this website. When I did the search on Google, the page went into Warp 10!!! The search was also mentioned in the complaint to the "FTC."

Some guy called me from Sebastian's office (it could have been him; who knows) asking me what we could do to reach a resolution, nad I told him I wanted my money back. He replied, "That would have to be handled by E-Trinity Marketing!" He the hung up on me;-)

That is when I filed the complaint with the "FTC!" www.ftc.gov

This is a suggestion for everyone, from me to you, as an experienced consumer. I have had giant corporations kissing my feet, after my repeated attempts of going through the patience and what most of us call the proper channels of the customer service departments, with no resolve whatsoever.
