Secret Serum Sent product which I did not request. Opened package to see what was inside. Tyler stated that since package was opened I could not get a refund, but they would give me 50% back. But then it states on paper that if it is returned to sender, package not opened, you still were not allowed a refund. Everyone needs to know about this scam. they charged my account $176,81 Internet
Ordered trial package. then month or so later they sent product, which I did not request. I opened pkg to see what was inside. Called customer service and was told if pkg opened no refund availabe or I could get 50% back. It also states on paper inside if pkg is sent return to sender then no refund it available. So in other words you can send product back but they do not intend to return your money. TYLER should be ashamed to work for a company that rips people off of their hard earned money!!! I am reporting this every way I can to get the word out to others!!!
