I have been SECURE PAY/Pipeline Data Processing Inc. customer for several years.

Recently I charged the amount $19,021.00 to my customer credit card.

I waited 2 weeks without receiving any funds to my bank account so I called risk department, they told they need a lot more documentation although I did charged similar amounts several times in the past years and always went thought fine.

Since the product is a software download so there is now shipping documentation the refuse to deposit the funds to my account and they have suggested to credit back the funds to my customer credit card which I did.

I discovered today that they have charged more that $400 service fee although the transaction never been completed.

I spoke to Shaqana from Risk Department and she confirmed these rules, she sent there terms and conditions in pdf file and I am willing to share with any body.

Please do not sign up for Merchant with this company, at least before reading carefully their terms and conditions to see how they will rip you off.

I for one can feel your pain. I am a small business owner who uses Pipeline Data Processesing (PDP). I've run over $3,500 through them in less then a few days without a problem. But then I tried to run a $1,400 charge and for no other reason then they felt it was, "Too risky", They held it. No complain from the customer. No bad credit. Just wanted to cover their own a*s. I was then given the handler Shaquana. Lovely gal, hun?<-Extremely sarcastic) Long story short, They charge the money to the customer so they get paid but withhold it from me. They give me the run around for 2 weeks and won't let me run any other transactions while they were "handling" the situation. I had no cash flow for 2 weeks for NO REASON! Difficult to deal with and didn't protect either the merchant or customer. I would avoid them like the plauge if you are looking for a card processing company.
