Sedgwick CMS Her name is Sharon Herniated Back Stab Harrisburgh, Pennsylvania
I am writing on behalf of my son who recently got injured where he works in PA. He works for Target Dept store in Wilkes-Barre, PA and while he was on the job another employee came up behind him and pushed him into his back that landed him on his knees. The pain he experienced was so severe he litterley dropped him to his knees. The other employee hit him so hard that his thumbs went right into his spine.
So of course he did the right thing, reported the kind, report the injury and went to Concentra to be checked. He them went for an MRI which showed he had a very bad herniated disc. The reports all went to the insurance company Sedgwick CMS. The only reason why I am writing this is because I had the same insurance company with my Workers Comp. And his was a workers comp as well. He even went to a Neuro Surgeon who even compared his MRI of 2008 which show no herniated disc, but he hurt his back. And it was a formality to do the MRI, to his recent one. And you could see the hernia disc. The thing is she never waited for HR's paper work, the results of the MRI and the surgery he did have to have. Ans today she called him and told him it was denied!!! I thank God my lawyers is still on stand by. Because Sedgwick is going down again. How the hell can you deny someone WC after the injury and the surgery and say it wasn't work related!!! Please I wish someone can finally take this company down already for the way they are!!!
