sedona beauty Ordering Sedona "free trial" was a huge mistake. Definitely not free. Should be name Sedona's Rip Off" Henderson Nevada
Order for free trial was placed and credit card charged $1.03 11/21/14 which was expected. 11/24/14 Sedona charged $3.87 to my credit. card. Cancelled product trial & given confirmation # and was told No Charges would be applicable. Product returned 12/1 with guaranteed 2 day delivery & I paid 6.95 shipping. 12/1/14 my credit card charged 94.31. I contacted cust service 12/27 asking why charges had not been credited. First lady I spoke with said there was no record of my cancellation or phone call. I explained I had an email from Sedona dated 11/29 confirming cancellation and read her the email. Told her product was returned 12/1 & should have been received on 12/3/14 & acct credited.Told no record prod returned so would not credit acct. Also told I didn't cancel within 8 days and recv RA #. Having # given when I cancelled should have been sufficient. Giving return tracking # more than sufficient. Cancellation was within 8 days. First lady said order shipped 11/24. 2nd person said order shipped 11/21. Retuned product delivered to Sedona 12/3 according to US Mail. Sedona refused to credit shipping charges of $3.87 or $94.31. Sedona wanted to reship order with 60% credit. I want 94.31 credited to my account.
