Kenneth Crumbley, President of Sedona Oil and Gas Corp. is a liar and a thief. He targets elderly, wealthy gentleman ages 75-80 and steals their money. He promises revenue checks for oil and gas discoveries that do not exist. His scam is that he convinces the "target" to invest in an oil project. Soon after, he sends two revenue checks. He then tries to convince the target to invest more in another oil project. If the target refuses, the revenue checks stop immediately. It is a pyramid scam. his person and company needs to be stopped. If you have also been a victim of Kenneth Crumbley please contact the Security and Exchange Commission at www.sec.gov or call 1-800-732-0330. There are ways to get your money back!

I am a former employee of Sedona Oil & Gas Corp. owned by Kenny Crumbley. I must say I find this report from pmlowder extremely distrubing and done with malicious malice intentions. I worked for Sedona Oil & Gas Corp from December 2013 until September 2014. I was the top front lead/PR marketing representative. Never ever was anyone to contact a potential partner that was elderly (anyone over 75 was automatically dismissed). ALL employees were required to follow SEC guidelines. We have regular training meetings that was mandatory. As far as, Kenny Crumbley, I know him personally and professional (one of the reasons I asked him to mentor me. He gave me a chance and anyone that has had any dealings with me know ethics and honesty comes first. ) pmlowder has falsely targeted not only Sedona Oil & Gas Corp and Kenny Crumbley but by this statement he is saying current and former employee were doing this is incorrect and a complete malice lie by an disgruntled terminated employee. I would be willing to testify before a court of law to this fact.

I have known Kenneth Crumbley both personally and professionally for many years.  So, while perusing this site for I was utterly shocked and dismayed when I came across this blatant and malicious article concerning Kenneth Crumbley and Sedona Oil and Gas.  Actually as an afterthought, in the quest of oil exploration there have been many wins and losses. Curiosity got the best of me so I dug around a little it seems as thou the only person Kenny has ever had business dealings with that lives or has ever lived in Savannah Tx,  would be an ex-contractor who had his contract terminated just prior to this report being published.  What I ask is that all readers of this article do their due diligence and use their God given common sense before casting judgment on him or Sedona that they take a long hard look into Paul Lowder.  From my understanding Kenny trusted this guy.  Truth is, Paul Lowder stole from Sedona Oil and Gas corp.  He conned Kenny as you’ll find he has many others. I won’t go into the details I found, due to a standing law suit. What I will say is run Paul Lowder’s name on this site as well many others and his criminal background in Texas and Missouri and you’ll maybe find yourself as surprised as my old friend did. Kenny’s a good old country boy that still believes a man’s word is bond and a handshake should still mean something. It’s sad a “con artist” came along and tarnished his view, hopefully not forever on the fact that there still are good people in the world.  You decide who the real “liar” is. Paul M Lowder need I say more?
