Sedona Pines Resort DO NOT be taken in by this company! They do NOT stand by what they say in the sales presentation Sedona Arizona
I had the same experience these other people have had with Sedona Pines Resort. Every time I have tried to book a resort, I have been told there is no availability. I have tried week after week and month after month with no luck. When I tried to use it for theme parks, I was told they no longer offer that. When I tried to use it for over seas flights, I was told they no longer allow that. When I tried to use get help, I could not get through to a live person. I would leave numerous messages and even e-mailed but did not get return calls until I got hold of the sales department at Sedona Pines and found a very nice person who helped me get in contact with the member services person, Diane Laws. That was a really bad experience. She was very rude and very uncooperative. After exhausting trying to figure out how to use my points before they were no longer available we booked a flight and it only covered about $200. I nearly choked. Then I tried to book a cruise and was told it was only a discount program and it would be better not to use the points as I could get a cruise for much less on my own. When I tried to explain this to the member services recently the woman tried to teach me how to book reservations in places I could not go to because we are self employed and cannot get away for more than a few days at a time. I had made that very clear to the sales man and he assured me that we could use a couple of days at a time. I finally gave up trying to figure out how to use it. I asked a number of times if I could just give it back with no penalties or money back. I thought they would jump at it as it is half paid off. I asked if they could sell it for me but was told they had to sell all their properties first and it would be a couple of years before that happened. I have been told a number of times that someone would get back with me and no one does. I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and have had no response from that either. I do not know where else to turn. If any one has any ideas please let me know. I cannot even sell it on the Internet or rent it...I have tried for over 3 years! Plus, people are trying to sell their time shares for Sedona Pines Resort for under $2,000 and I owe more than that on mine. Buyer beware of this company!
