sedona pines resort RIPOFF & LYING PROFESSIONALS sedona Arizona
In june 2008 we agreed to purchase a time share at sedona pines rv resort, with the information we were given. We were told that the time share had a location in Bellingham Wa. that we could use at any time we needed to. In 2009 we attempted to schedule a time to visit Bellingham Wa. We were told that there were no timeshares in that area, but they have one in Spokane Wa. 650 miles away. An impossible commute twice a day.
The sales representive told us, if we were unhappy with their service, we were required to give them the right to buy back or give back the timeshare. when we contacted sedona pines and wanted to utilized that option, we were told by one of their loan service representives ( name with held ) that her boss would not even consider buying/taking back the property.
Six years later, there collection agency CONCORD Servicing Corp, placed this on my credit reports destroying my credit score.
We were lyed to, conned, even to the extent of showing us, on a map, where the timeshare was in Bellingham Wa. this was a total fraudulent jesture to get us to sign on the dotted line.
We had tried to contact them several times to come to a conclusion on this matter....
