WE HAVE BEEN CUSTOMERS OF SEDONA SPRINGS FOR OVER A YEAR NOW..WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY...WE HAD 1 BOTTLE LEAK BUT THE COMPANY ( A MANAGER) TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM THE SAME DAY I CALLED... I HAVE EXPERENCED ONLY FAST AND GREAT SERVICE WITH SEDONA SPRINGS ...THE WATER IS THE BEST IVE EVER HAD..ITS PURE AND CLEAN, CRISP NEVER YET HAVE HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH BILLING ISSUES...SEDONA SPRINGS GETS AN A+ RATING FROM OUR FAMILY...WILLIAM ANDERSON

They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: David Sorrento Their relationship to the company: Customer Rebuttal: I'm a customer. If it were'nt for my driver Wayne, I would cancel my servise with Sedona springs. For the 4th time in the lst year I've had my kitchen flooded by bad bottles. The first 2 times I could not get a manager to call me back. This last time I finaly got some to come out to my house. His name was Phil. He assured me that the tile repair guy would be out the next day to fix my tile floor. That was over a week ago. Haven't heard from anyone since. Phil also told me that If I wanted bottled water in my house I had to be prepared to have them leak out!!He also told me if I didn't like what the repair guy did that was touhg. They weren't foing to do anymore.
