They ripped me off State they only charge 1.00 and after 1 day charge 39.95 and charged me full amount before I had the account one day and I cancelled it the same day I got it now they state they can't give me my money back. O contacted the BBB on them.

SeekVerify gathers public records, social network data, and more from various sources and creates reports for our customers to easily search for what they are looking for. We make every reasonable effort to get our customers the public records data they are looking for.

In order to locate your account and confirm if you are eligible for a refund (this would depend several factors including how much the membership was used) we would need the email address used to register on the website or, alternatively, the last 6 digits of the credit card used to sign up. Each time a customer runs a report on an individual, a phone number, an email or an address, it costs us money to query the data providers.

As clearly mentioned on the terms and conditions upon sign up, the membership is renewed automatically after trial period at $39.95 every 30 days until cancelled – see screenshot: https://snag.gy/7OEoV0.jpg
