If YOU are the home owner and this lender holds to mortgage to whom YOU make payments, then they have every legal standing in the world to foreclose on you. Of course, YOU can prevent this by paying your bills on time! However, this is nothing more than the deadbeat wail, a whining deadbeat trying to look for some technicality to use as a smoke screen. Oh yes, why not also ask a second grader to help you with writing!
