      We (my spouse and I) were victims of Predatory Lending, Discrimination, Bait and Switch, Reporting errors, various fraud including ID theft, Elder Abuse, Bankruptcy violations by Attorneys and Judges and Trustees.  We were financially and physically tortured.  Our children were victimized and our home and safety was irreparably damaged.

      Programs and agencies worked together to provide as little help as was possible.  We had nowhere to turn when our human and civil rights were violated.  The Banks and other Wall Street entities used their predatory powers to strip us of our property, equity, credit, dignity, finances, health and family.  Insurance agencies and Mortgage help groups profited from our suffering and made certain that we were driven to seek means of help through Bankruptcies that were costly and useless.  Mistakes were made that could have resolved our delimas but instead increased our volitility.

      The fact that we were originally financed by a VA Loan, seemed to make us feel safe in our homeownership choices; however, we suffered undue hardships and discriminatory lending practices from the start.  Predatory reporting that was so errored literally took away our identities and creditability, but never stopped squeezing money from our pockets.  Lawyers padded our bankruptcies to insure profitable outcomes for themselves and caused us to sink into financial ruin.

      The stress of these situations eventually led to the demise of my husband and the continued harrassment of me and my children.  I was denied the Right to Recission and other indignant renderings.  My civil rights were violated over and over again.  Banks and agencies were requesting information because they had no clue as to where the original info was located. 

      My efforts to resolve these matters only made me more vulnerable to these predators.  They bled me dry financially, subsequently destroying family bonds and leaving some of my children homeless and physically ill.  I did not have time or strength to properly mourn my husband and other family members.  My children and I went hungry and cold many times.  If it were not for our Faith we would not have survived many of these attacks.  I have utilized services offered by government programs, community based groups and others, to no avail.

      There is some satisfaction in the fact that I have proofs of any and all claims that I make or have made in the past.  However, my grandchildren and daughter have been here cold, sometimes hungry and depressed but never willing to give into these predators.  I am through trying to work with them because I now know it was never their intention to work with me.  I want to sue all who have and continue to violate our rights because this seems to be the only language they understand and the only recourse I have now.

      Please help me now.  I assure you my full cooperation in any assistance you provide me.

Wow, the nation’s largest financial institutions conspired against your family. That’s amazing! Please provide details of the discriminatory lending practices. Please provide details of the physical torture. Did you default on the VA home loan? How many business days elapsed after signing the refinance agreement before you attempted to rescind the agreement?
