 Much like an overwhelming number of people have previously reported.  SPS, Inc. is definitely a company that has shady business practices that cause people like me much worry, frustration and anxiety.   My loan was sold to SPS by BB&T bank in October 2014.  Since the very beginning, SPS has made claims that I was behind in escrow and taxes payments and for someone who was never late or behind on my mortgage with BB&T, I was told that I would have to pay an increase on my mortgage of aprroximately $250 extra dollars a month to pay those "late escrow and taxes" fees.  This has gone on for several months, in which I have talked to several representatives of SPS, Inc. to explain that BB&T had just paid my taxes and escrow right before the transfer and I did not owe them any extra money.  Several months of the run-around and they can't seem to identify their mistake!  It is amazing to read the countless reports making the same claims about this one company.  Like others, I would certainly like to be included if an action is brought against this company.  It has been so frustrating to deal with them each and every month about the same issue.  I am exhausted in trying to deal with this company.
