I entered a modification agreement to modify my loan with SPServicing via a HUD service named: Parkview Services located in the North Seattle area. My loan was successfully modified and agreed upon by all parties. However not long after I iniated making payments SPServicing begin to not honor the agreement without any prior notification. SPServicing, never credited any portion of the payments I made towards my loan, they held on to the funds, tried to renegotiate another modification although there was one already in place, shut down my account, and after I re-engaged the HUD agency SPS was forced to reopen my account. However, SPS initiated sending back 4 months of payments while saying I never made the payments. After I produced receipts reflecting I had indeed made all of the payments they admitted to error. However, they still sent back all of the payments and demanded that I send the payments again while they were now asserting all of the payments were late. Meanwhile, SPS initiated the foreclosure process on my property.
