I paid these people $97 for software that did not come with instructions. It took 3 weeks to get the product and when I did I found no instructions on how to use. There is no internet manual, nothing. I emailed their support, something called MyHelpHub.com. No response. I emailed again. No response. I emailed again. Over a couple weeks I emailed many times. Each time they auto-respond immediately with the hysterical comment, "We're on it!" and, "We'll be responding within one business day." Good gosh what a crock! Finally, one guy emailed me back telling me that I should have received an email after I ordered the software that had instructions. (I did not. I received no such email.)

And if not, he went on to say, I can just go on to the disk and retrieve something called the Guide. The problem is that the Guide is password protected and unusable. He could have easily given me instructions but he did not. I think he does not have them. I think this is a racket. This is sick! Still, I tried going back to the website. No phone to contact anyone. It's a shell, with many aliases as I have found, including Self-Development Network and Kaleidoscope Global, as well as a man who appears to be connected to this called Bradley Thompson, who is some sort of self-guru, ironically enough. I just want instructions. And if they can't provide them, then give me my money back. That's it. But it seems to be an impossible request. Collecting my money was the only thing they have done efficiently. This is a disreputable company.
