Purchased and downloaded their product (CCD-3) Q&A for my cerfitication test. Trusted the answers with their explanations provided by CCD-333 Questions and Answers (CCD-333 Q&A for short below) are reliable and studied them accordingly. I failed the test afterwards due to their incorrect answers and explanations in CCD-333 Q&A. I emailed selftestengine.com right after the test regarding this issue, provided them correct answers and requested a full refund.
There are at least 1/3 of the answers in CCD-333 Q&A are incorrect and only a few questions are provided with explanations. Selftestengine.com refused my request due to their policy. However, the statements of their refund policy are ambiguous and confusing. In addition, Selftestegine themselves dont know the correct answers either and their website doesnt have any contact information (such as street address or phone number) other than email and live chat. Based on their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/selftestengine), the filing address is in New Jersey, not in UK.
I suspect this website is a fraud. It seems they rely on the buyers to provide them correct answers for the Q&A document and will update them for their next product release. I was cheated by this website.
