These no Intelect having individuals, Chris, Tim, Colleen, Riley, and the list goes on. No clue on how to follow Arizona Laws. Here's an example of how these idiots work... They go to Auctions and buy homes. On the same day of the auction, with no regards to any state laws, if they win the bid turn around and send a Dumb Locksmith out to the foreclosure and have this Dumb Individual try to change the locks while the home owner, or tenant still lives there.
They have a couple of companies like E Investment Properties, Inc. which is owner by Chris and Colleen Eymann.. Colleen being the crafty which doctor Broker... Oh and look they have a complaint on the BBB website on E Investmemt Properties Inc which is written out like this -------- Never do business with them. They accept offer for As-is and 2 days before the closing day they come with they need to replace the carpet, appliance is too old, front and backyard needs cleaning up and tell you that they are lowering the sale price or will cancel the contract.
Totally disappointed in their customer service and communication skills. Thank you. The bottom line here is that these idiots are scammers, thieves, money hungry liars, only care about themselves, non law abiding Criminals... Total Dicks.. I wouldn't have Tim wipe my Colleen and Flush my Chris....
