I received a charge to my bank account for $29.95 which was unauthorized and from a company I have never dealt with. I reported it to my bank and they requested that I cancel my card so it couldn't be accessed again. I would like to deal directly with the company and make them reverse the charge. This seems unfair that I would have to go without my card for over a week for their rip-off action. I would like them to just step up and refund the money.
