----- Forwarded Message ----- From: To: Cc: Sent: Saturday, January 30, 2016 2:16 AM Subject: REVISED [URGENT] IMMEDIATE ATTENTION REQUIRED January 29, 2016 Madam Speaker Toni Atkins State Capitol P.O. Box 942849 Sacramento, CA 94249-0078 Madam Speaker Atkins, Please be advised today I sent eight emails to Fredericka McGee and Gina Neves and yourself; some of the emails contain attachments with sensitive information including but not limited to bank statements, etc. Furthermore all salient parties are listed in the email that is in receipt of said information. As you're aware I sent an email to you on January 20, 2016 as a result of local elected officials [Mayor Eric Garcetti, Councilman Jose Huizar, Council President Herb Wesson, Supervisor Mark Ridley Thomas and Assemblymember Miguel Santiago turning a blind eye regarding the Housing Authority City of Los Angeles refusal to provide services and assistance to disabled veterans, etc; The email sent also contained four attachments:[HUDHACLACOMPLAINT.PDF; NODISCREPANCIES.PDF; REFUSALTOSERVE.PDF; FURTHERUNLAWFULTREATMENT.PDF] excluding sensitive information. However, as a result of the phone conversation I had this afternoon with Ms. Gina Neves I will respectfully request that the information I have submitted is throughly examined and I am treated fairly in this process in terms of seeking help from your office. Honestly, I was extremely disappointed with the phone conversation I had earlier with Ms. Neves. First, she indicated she had not reviewed the information previously submitted and stated, "it's a bite much" but she reiterated the information the Housing Authority City of Los Angeles had provided your office as if it were factual. [I am also requesting that my information be kept private in accordance with all state and federal guidelines] It was as if Ms. Gina Neves was challenging my disability by trying to unnerve me by speaking in an aggressive condescending manner. I asserted that she has not read my correspondence but continues to take up for the Housing Authority telling me events did not occur. If she chooses to assert her conversation, she should asked the Housing Authority City of Los Angeles to provide appropriate video footage on the incident. My statements remain unchallenged and unchanged. To assist someone with a disability requires reasonable accommodation not an aggressive verbal accusational reprimand siding with the authority that discriminated against me. HUD-Housing Authority City of Los Angeles continue to expand considerable man hours by providing disinformation and the matter could simply be handle by assisting and providing the services that I requested. HUD-Housing Authority City of Los Angeles has not being forthcoming in providing the information that I requested on 18, November of 2015. Per the attachment [RefusalToServe] you can see whereas on numerous occasion I made formal requests [including complete copy of my file] to Mr. Carlos VanNatter (HACLA Director) and Ms. Marcie Chavez (Los Angeles HUD Director) to do a check list of the information I provided and forward me if there's any discrepancies and advised I was looking forward to their comprehensive response. HUD-HACLA have chosen to put my personal information out there in the world that can cause me immeasurable harm, by them simply not adhering to my requests but choosing to send information to every agency, legislator and foundation under its referral contact. I believe this is a violation of ADA and my constitutional rights. I would ask that the widest consideration and latitude be given to the disabled and all exculpatory be gathered from the Housing Authority and compared to my complaints. I would ask that this be done with all deliberate speed and with all the power the Speaker's Office can muster within her legislative domain.
