Went through the enrollment process until I had gotten to the 6 offenses for which you were penalized. At that time I disenrolled and sent that information to Fritz Simonson asking him to disenroll me and not charge me for supplies. Well you guessed it. SHC went ahead and charged for supplies and now will not return my calls.

Not a problem, Gene. I am an employee for SHC in their Irving office and Fort Worth offices. We will gladly refund your $50 supply charge, but I just looked you up here from my home computer logging in the server. You were shipped supplies a long time ago and since then we have no record of you contacting us back for anything and certainly no record of you requesting any refund. Rightfully so, we had to charge you the $50.00 cost, after all I know the total cost of our labor time, material costs, printing costs, R&D costs, and then the cost of your 2-day delivery is a net $52 (and some change) to the company. Anyway, sorry for your situation and if you will return the supplies ATTENTION: Supply Department c/o A.C., I will gladly make sure you are refunded your $50.00 in full, sir. Goodnight! -Ms. Right
