In January i was asked to be one of there HVAC contractors to repair an ac unit for one of their customers. I went out immediatly and was given an authorization # to complete the ness. work. I waited the 2-4 weeks to get paid but the $ never arrived. Since then i have left 47, I repeat 47 messages along with many many emails and faxes to the accounts payable dept. Finally Kandis called me and made up some date my check would arrive. That never happened and now i am still calling and emailing them. this includes JARED who never returned one phone call. This company is a waste of evryone time and $

My company was working for this unspeakable low life company in 2011-2012. Needless to say that I'm in the hole with $7,500.00 Kandes and all of there staff are  nothing but liars who will promise you anything like she  did it too me. But if you read my leter than you know all about it.

Do not take on any work, do not do any business with SENSIBLE HOME WARRANTY COMPANY!!

 I WAS a contractor for sensible home warranty Company. I was authorized left and right for my repairs. But soon I noticed I wasnt getting paid by Sensible Home Warranty. After a number of arguments back and forth and empty promisses to pay me. I started calling the customers my Tech's completed repairs for. Anyone that was not paid, I requested payment from the Plan Holder, explaining that their Warranty Company has failed to pay me for this authorized repair for over 3 months, and I have no other choice but to attempt to collect from you. I also noted that if I failed to collect from either the Sensible Home Warranty or the Plan Holder, my next step was to hand everything over to my collection agency including plan holders contact information.

I was very calm with the Plan Holders and 99% of them agreed to help me get paid from Sensible. I was selective in the plan holders I called (only calling the jobs with the highest repair total). Soon Sensible had my company, and about 20 angry Plan Holders calling telling them to pay. I also faxed a letter I pulled from and atourney's website that stated the law to collect unpaid invoices via the IRS. Needless to say, I eventually got paid. And the halairous part is they called me 6 months later to sign me up as a Contractor again! My reply was, "HELL NO, and have a good day!" This method works with Home Warranty Companies. I had to do the same thing with Choice Home Warranty, but the phone conversations were very hostile due to the Rep at Choice Home Warranty.

TAKE MY WORD AND DO NOT SIGN AS A CONTRACTOR FOR SENSIBLE HOME WARRANTY, CHOICE HOME WARRANTY, OR COLONIAL HOME WARRANTY. THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!
