Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I had a fairly good experience when buying the vehicle but things got escalated quickly when It came to fixing the issues I've discovered upon purchase. Long story short and many exhausting hours wasted getting my car serviced, the last issue remained to be fixed was an Engine Coolant fan which caused my A/C to not operate properly. They refused fronting a $1,200 bill as it was passed the lemon law period. I'd understand if that's something that was working before but I purchased the car last December and only noticed the issue in April when it got warmer. Of course they claim that the issue is likely caused be me upon purchasing the vehicle since they're officially off the hook. I've paid almost 30k for the car that is now costing me much more. Further more, their Sales Manager, Tim O'Malley, has hanged up on me when I mentioned about the issue. I will never buy a vehicle from these crooks again and will make sure to relay the message to as many people as possible.

I meant to delete the report but there's no such option, which is unfortunate. The AC problem has disappeared miraculously since I drove around for few more months. The vent was probably stuck at some point before it finally kicked in.

Not sure what the exact cause was, but I thought that my post was no longer valid, so I decided taking it down.

It worth repeating that I did have a good buying experience here and the dealership did fix some issues I've inquired about right upon delivery. Also, I might have overreacted over a Sales Manager's behavior on my initial post. The truth is I was very pissed that AC wasn't working and might have exaggerated that he has hanged up on me.

Anyway, please consider this post being removed and, while there were some drawbacks during the process, I can say that I was overall satisfied with the buying experience.

Because I wasn't told that A/C was not working in the vehicle prior to purchusing it. If something happened to an item that was clearly working before, I wouldn't have any questions. Just as any normal person I never bathered checking an A/C in the middle of the winter as I was expecting this to be accomplished by the dealership.

From my standpoint, this is something that should have been checked and repaired before delivering the vehicle to me. There was enough aggrivation and time wasted with other items I had to go back for. Enough is enough.

I didn't see you mention a warranty.  Did you get a warranty with this or was it purchased "as is".  If you didn't get a warranty, why would you expect free warranty service?
