D.S. Promotions, is and has always been a training distribution center. It is explained to all individuals, during the 1st interview, and again, in painstaking detail, through a 3 hour long 2nd Interview process, which they attend prior to being hired. In fact during the 2nd interview I stop and make sure everyone is writing certain questions with the answers as I move through the meeting. Those who paid attention in their 2nd interview will recognize these times as being proceeded by: "Everyone write this down: Chaaaad, C.H.A.D., Chaaaad How..." The main question I cover is "Chad, how much do I get paid in training?" where I explain you will be paid weekly in cash, so to say "This is suppose to be a job that you're not getting paid for" is just silly, and you obviously took horrible notes. All candidates are also afforded an opportunity to eliminate themselves from being selected to start training before selections are made at the end of the interview.
We do market the product from business to business, and are fully licensed to do so (Another question I have applicants write down during the 2nd interview.) Using your personal vehicle is 100% optional and is never mandatory, however a mandatory minimum gas compensation is in place for any individual offing the use of their vehicle, any statements otherwise are just an outright lie.
I offer a unique opportunity, that was first offered to me through my distributor to open up branch locations for the company. Yes, I will financially back you into your own office. Yes, you will first have to learn how to market a product. Yes, the training program is difficult and designed to create strong leaders for the company. If you are not looking for a life changing career, and are only interested in a 9-5 job, no, this business is not for you.
For 37 years this business has been around, if anything we were doing was unlawful in any way, we would not still be in business, and we definitely would not be growing like we are. If anyone has any questions or wants any further information PLEASE contact me, the 678-401-4860 is my office number. I am always available to talk about the opportunity, please feel free to stop by the office as well, the listed address is correct.
The other number however, I have no idea what it goes to (602-621-1701.)
